400 miles of scenic forest roads, back roads, gravel and unimproved paved roads:
AMA sanctioned event. All 100% rideable. Navigation is by roll chart or GPS. This is a self-guided tour. A chase truck will be present for emergencies (not repairs – no time). Several gas stops on routes for both days, with longest distance being 100 miles.
Bikes must be street legal in the state of registration, have a current license plate and adequate insurance. Ride at your own risk.
EVENT HEADQUARTERS:
Camp Claiborne (Kisatchie National Forest), Forest Hill, LA. Primitive (dry) camping in the National Forest at our enduro site. From I-49 take Exit 66, Hwy 112W, after RR track in Forest Hill, go Right onto Hwy 165 N, go 1 mile, turn Left onto Hwy 112 at Historic Camp Claiborne entrance, follow arrows. See map on club website and follow posted signs and arrows. GPS coordinates 31.06134° N, 92.55781° W
Hotels available in Alexandria (17 miles).
ENTRY FEE: $120 for both days, passenger $40 extra. $80.00 for one day. Includes dinner Saturday night and t-shirt. Online registration and payment are available on club website. Pre-entry strongly encouraged so we can plan for adequate food and t-shirts.
